What You Will Do

Here is what the job looks like day to day.

  • ›Cleaning: Carry out thorough cleaning of residential homes and short-term rental units following our room-by-room checklist.
  • ›Property Prep: Bed-making, linen changes, and making sure the space is properly set up and guest-ready before you leave.
  • ›Supplies: Keep your kit stocked and organized. Check that all guest essentials are in place before finishing.
  • ›Reporting: Mark jobs as complete in the app and flag any damage, access issues, or unusual situations to the team immediately.
  • ›Checklists: Follow the job checklist for each property. Every clean should look the same, regardless of who does it.
  • ›Extra Jobs: Occasionally help with deep cleans, move-out cleans, or inspection jobs when needed.
What We Are Looking For

No experience required. We train you. What matters is that you show up, pay attention, and take the work seriously.

  • ›Eye for Detail: You notice what others miss and you care about doing the job properly, not just quickly.
  • ›Punctual and Reliable: You show up on time, every time. Clients are waiting and the team depends on you.
  • ›Physically Active: The work is hands-on. You are comfortable being on your feet and moving for several hours.
  • ›Valid Work Visa: You must be legally authorized to work in Japan.
  • ›Basic Communication: Conversational English or Japanese. Enough to follow instructions and flag issues to the team.
  • ›Smartphone: You will use our app for job checklists and check-ins. Basic smartphone use required.
  • ›Experience: Not required. We train you fully. What matters is that you take the work seriously.
