By booking a cleaning service with Tokyo Cleaner (TokyoCleaner.jp), you agree to these Terms of Service. Our services are available to clients aged 18 and above with a valid property address within our service area.
Bookings can be made through our client portal, email, or LINE. Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled clean are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and JCB. All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (¥) and include consumption tax. We do not accept cash.
If you are not satisfied with any clean, contact us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge. This guarantee applies once per booking.
You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to your property. Access details are stored securely. You confirm that you have the right to authorize cleaning services at the property.
Tokyo Cleaner carries comprehensive liability insurance covering accidental damage caused by our staff during a clean. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of the service date with photographic evidence. We are not liable for pre-existing damage.
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties except as required by Japanese law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
