Prices are clearly listed and exclude tax. All staff are vetted and our service is fully insured. no hidden surprises.
Residential Cleaning, Subscription Plans
Regular recurring home cleaning. All plans include 1 staff, cleaning supplies, and full kitchen/bathroom coverage.
Vacation Rental Cleaning
Turnover cleaning priced by apartment size. For Airbnb, the initial period is a minimum of 4 cleanings (1 month).
Office Cleaning
Professional office cleaning, flexible schedules from daily to monthly. Same day service may not be possible depending on cleaner availability.
Move-Out Cleaning
Deep one-time clean for property hand-back. 2 staff. Electricity and water must remain active during the service.
Luxury Home Cleaning
Bespoke, fully insured cleaning for premium residences. No published rate, every engagement starts with a private consultation.
